I received this photo on both my cellphone and email inbox (bwoy technology today!). Now the subject said "Kartel Freaks Out Lisa Hype" I believe implying that the gentleman being serviced in this photo just so happens to be the Gaza Emperor himself. Now, I do not know how true this is but after much digging and help from my "Twitter Detectives" we did uncovered something rather revealing. Here is the mentioned photo of (allegedly) Dancehall Artist "Lisa Hype"
