I received this photo on both my cellphone and email inbox (bwoy technology today!). Now the subject said "Kartel Freaks Out Lisa Hype" I believe implying that the gentleman being serviced in this photo just so happens to be the Gaza Emperor himself. Now, I do not know how true this is but after much digging and help from my "Twitter Detectives" we did uncovered something rather revealing.
